PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prevent an alarm main body from a drop due to an earthquake or the like or a contrived theft as necessary. SOLUTION: This fire alarm is provided with a base 1 installed on a ceiling/wall face, the alarm main body 2 having a fire detection part 6 sensing smoke and heat to detect a fire and having a back face side formed to be engaged with the base 1 by twist-lock fitting, a screw fitting part 8 arranged in one of the base 1 and the alarm main body 2 for allowing a lock screw to be screwed to the fitting part from the outside of the base 1/alarm main body 2, and a cutout part 1d arranged in the part corresponding to the screw fitting part in the twist-lock condition in the other of the base 1 and the alarm main body 2.
