PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel-mounting apparatus wherein a packing is hardly separated, even if an exposure part of the packing is pulled carelessly, in the panel-mounted state. SOLUTION: This panel-mounting apparatus has a constitution, wherein a case on which a flange formed to have an L-shaped sectional shape is fixed on the outer periphery of an opening part is inserted into a mounting hole of the panel so that a rising side of the flange abuts against the panel, and the packing formed to have a prescribed sectional shape is wound around the flange, and the packing is sandwiched between the flange and a bezel, and is fixed. The apparatus has characteristics such that a plurality of holes are provided discretely on an L-shaped part of the flange, and the packing is sandwiched between the flange and the bezel and fixed, so that a part of the packing is inserted into the hole of the flange.
