TABLE VIBRATION RESISTANT PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-profile and compact table vibration resistant plate having quick vibration damping response in a wider application range by developing the properties of spring materials and viscoelastic materials to suppress free vibration of the spring materials with the viscoelastic materials while holding down resonance frequencies with the spring materials. SOLUTION: A vibration resistant part is formed by layering plate spring materials glued together in a laminated shape across viscoelastic resins having vibration damping performance with a loss factor (η) of 0.05-0.8. The plate spring materials are press-molded in one unit with both ends flange-shaped and the centers protruded. The molded plate spring materials 301 and the plane spring materials 302 are alternately layered to be flexible with load. The layer-laminated spring materials are spot-welded or resin-adhered together at both ends and the centers. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
