PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rattling from being caused by wearing out by hitting or abrasion at a linking point between an operation rod and an operation arm by repeated reciprocal movement in a farm device for sending out, constituted so as to regulate the amount to be sent out by regulating the position of the linking point of the operation rod to the operation arm for operating the sending out operation in the longitudinal direction of the operation arm. SOLUTION: The farm device for the sending out is constituted as follows. A second movable member 62 is supported by a first movable member 61 movable in the longitudinal direction of the operation arm 47 so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the operation arm 47. A plurality of engaging recessed parts 74 to which a positioning pin 73 for fixing the position, installed in the first movable member 61 is selectively engaged and disengaged is parallelly formed along the longitudinal direction of the operation arm 47. A finely adjusting means for moving the second movable member 62 based on the first movable member 61 by a screw in the longitudinal direction of the operation arm 47 is installed, and an operation rod 48 is connected so as to be rotatably supported to the connection pin 70 inserted in the second movable member 62.
