PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground handling device for facilitating launching or landing of an airship. SOLUTION: The ground handling device for the airship includes a first track device for moving a plurality of docking carts from a storage warehouse to a wind indicator ring R for launching/landing. The docking cart is made to a constitution for perfecting a second track device. Mooring carts are carried by each of the docking carts and the respective mooring carts carry a mooring structure body.
