PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently ensure the connecting strength of a connecting body in a suspension member by compactly constituting a combined body of the suspension member, and the connecting body for connecting a driving unit with the suspension member. SOLUTION: An automobile 1 is equipped with the suspension member 13 and the connecting body 19 which connects the driving unit 6 with the suspension member 13. The suspension member 13 is equipped with upper and lower plate members 24 and 25, and a bulkhead 27 which combines the upper and lower plate members 24 and 25. An opening 38 which opens a space 26 to the driving unit 6 side is formed in a space between external edge sections 22 and 23 of the upper and lower plate members 24 and 25. Then, a reinforcing body 39 which is arranged in the space 26 in a vicinity of the opening 38, and is respectively combined with the upper and lower plate members 24 and 25 and the bulkhead 27 is provided. One end section 20 of the connecting body 19 is fitted in the space 26 through the opening 38, and the one end section 20 of the connecting body 19 is connected with the reinforcing body 39.
