PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow mold capable of certainly integrating an insert part with a main body even in a cast that a resin material low in heat resistance and incapable of being extruded at a high speed is used, and a blow molding method. SOLUTION: Since a part mounting hole 12, to which the insert part W is set, is formed of a block 11 comprising a material of which the specific heat is higher than that of the material forming a mold 10, the insert part W is hard to fall in its temperature. In case that a parison 3 has a multilayered structure like an embodiment, the multilayered structure like the embodiment, the speed of the parison extruded to the gap between split molds 10a and 10b from a nozzle becomes slow and the insert part W is exposed to the open air for a long time but the temperature of the insert part can hardly fall by constituting the block 11 of the material having high specific heat and the insert part is easily bonded to the parison.
