DRY WIPER WITH ENCAPSULATED AGENT FOR SURFACE CLEANING

A substantially dry wiper (10) having first and second substrate webs (14,14) joined together in a face-to-face configuration with at least one primary capsule (12) between the two substrate webs is disclosed. The primary capsule encapsulates a primary agent that is released from the capsule upon the occurrence of a primary triggering event. A method for using such a wiper (10) to clean a surface is also disclosed.
