<p>The device for thermal dehalogenation of halogen containing material, comprises a temperable reaction volume (2) with a steam area (4) lying above and below a sump area (3), an inlet (6) for the material and polyolefin, and an outlet (8) for the halogen containing reaction product, the dehalogenated material and polyolefin. The inlet shows a unit for heating the polyolefin over a softening temperature, and double-material atomization nozzles for an inert gas or oil containing aerosol and the polyolefin. The nozzles are vertically or horizontally arranged. The device for thermal dehalogenation of halogen containing material, comprises a temperable reaction volume (2) with a steam area (4) lying above and below a sump area (3), an inlet (6) for the material and polyolefin, and an outlet (8) for the halogen containing reaction product, the dehalogenated material and polyolefin. The inlet shows a unit for heating the polyolefin over a softening temperature, and double-material atomization nozzles for an inert gas or oil containing aerosol and the polyolefin. The nozzles, which vertically or horizontally arranged, lead in the reaction volume into the sump area, which flows out downward into the outlet. The inlet and the outlet are connected together by a feed pipe for recycling the polyolefin into the reaction volume. The halogen containing material in the sump area is completely present in a molecular intermixable form contactable with a polyolefin. The form is gasiform, aerosol form, vaporous, fluid, powder form with grain size in a sub micro area or their mixtures.</p> |
