<p>Loom drive system, e.g. for the gripper rods, has cam disks at the main shaft with a transmission linkage to the input shaft at the high reduction gear mechanism. The reversible drive mechanism for loom components, e.g. the weft grip insertion rods, has a cam body on the main shaft (1) as a pair of cam disks (11), with their roller levers (21) on a swing shaft (2) which is parallel to the main shaft. The swing shaft is linked to the high reduction gearing (5) through a swing lever (25) and a coupling link (30) to the gear input shaft. The reduction gearing assembly is wholly of paired rim gears.</p> |
