An apparatus for manufacturing a food container roll stock and a food container roll stock manufactured by the same are provided to achieve improved user convenience by preventing contents in a food container from being stuck onto the food container. An apparatus(A) for manufacturing a food container roll stock, includes an embossing unit(6), a conveyor unit(4), and a molding unit(8). The embossing unit includes a first roller roller(61) having an outer surface on which a press part with a plurality of protrusions is formed; a second roller(62) arranged in the vicinity of an upper portion of the first roller; and a third roller(63) arranged in the vicinity of a lower portion of the first roller. The conveyor unit conveys a food container roll stock(100), and the molding unit produces a food container by molding the food container roll stock embossed by the embossing unit.
