<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire-wheel assembling method and tire-wheel assembly for reducing the uniformity component comparing with the conventional art. <P>SOLUTION: In the tire-wheel assembly, a tire is mounted to a wheel where the rigidity of the radial direction is distributed on its periphery. The thickness of a tread section of the tire periodically varies on the periphery of the tire in the tire sectional shape when the tire is cut by the cross section including the tire rotation center. By shifting the phase of a high order component of the rigidity of the radial direction in the wheel with respect to the phase of a high order component of the uniformity component of the tire, the amplitude of the high order component of the uniformity in the tire-wheel assembly is set at least ≤0.7 with respect to the sum of the amplitude of the high order component of the uniformity caused by the distribution of the rigidity of the wheel and the amplitude of the high order component of the uniformity of the tire. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
