<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure a flow passage of oil flowing into an oil pump while reducing the dimension of a shaft of the oil pump in an oil pump structure of a transmission. <P>SOLUTION: This oil pump structure comprises an oil pressure chamber 101 formed of a pump housing 102 and a pump cover 105 and an inner rotor 103 and an outer rotor 104 rotatably contained in the oil pressure chamber 101. A first inflow port 114 communicating with an oil strainer 113 and a second inflow port 116 communicating with a control valve 115 are separately formed on the outer surface of the pump cover 105. A second oil inflow passage 110 communicating with a first oil inflow passage 109 communicating with the first inflow port 114 and a second oil inflow passage 110 communicating with the second inflow port 116, a converging part 124 where downstream sides of the first and the second oil inflow passages 114, 116 are converged with each other, and a downstream side oil inflow passage 111 allowing the downstream side of the converged part 124 to communicate with the oil pressure chamber 101 are formed in the pump housing 102 and the pump cover 104. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
