PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of detecting a minute movement such as breathing operation regardless of the position of the person in a closed space.

SOLUTION: A detection wave transmitted from a detection wave transmitter 1 in closed space is reflected at the wall surface of the closed space so that it is filled with the detection wave. The detection wave reflected by the living body is received by a detection wave receiver 2 through a wave collection device 3. Presence of the living body is detected by whether or not the amplitude signal of the received detection wave exists.
