<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate connection part of a superconductive cable capable of reducing the size thereof. <P>SOLUTION: This intermediate connection part of a superconductive cable connects superconductive cables each having a former 200, a superconductor 201, and an insulating layer 202 to each other. The formers 200 are connected to each other by making the outer diameter of a connecting sleeve 300 and the outer diameter of the former 200 equal to each other by inserting the connecting sleeve 300 into the outer circumference of an end of each former to be placed face to face and connecting them with compression. Then, the superconductors 201 to be placed face to face on the outside of the connecting sleeve 300 are made equal to the outer diameter of the superconductor in the superconductive cable and connected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
