<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive lithographic printing plate for an infrared laser which excels in printing durability and satisfies both of chemical resistance and scratch resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive lithographic printing plate for an infrared laser is obtained by disposing a photosensitive layer containing at least a high molecular compound and an infrared absorbent on a hydrophilic surface of a support having the hydrophilic surface, wherein the photosensitive layer further contains an onium salt having a melting point of ≤80°C and contains at least a vinyl polymer as the high molecular compound which the photosensitive layer contains.
