PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power unit for double-power system of vehicle which is possible of suppression of increase of car weight and wiring power loss and improvement of safety, besides being easy of installation. SOLUTION: Cooling fins 741, 751, and 710, which serve as cooling metal for cooling an integrated battery 2 on generator side or a circuit module (power transmitter) 10, are covered with a common cover (battery) 15. This battery cover 15 protects the internal battery 2 on generator side and the circuit module (power transmitter) 10 mechanically and electrically, and also forms a cooling air passage where vehicle running air or forced cooling air for cooling them flows.
