PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an image added with information which is normally difficult to visually recognize with naked eyes onto a recording medium. SOLUTION: Code information patterned as a displacement vector of position information for each region of the whole face of one page of bitmap data 3 of an input image is added to a plurality of region images covering the whole face of the bitmap data 3 as additional information. By this, it is possible to obtain document data 1 (namely, image data in which a pixel position is displaced corresponding to information distortion) to which the information distortion is added for each region of the whole face of one page of the bitmap data.
