PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal observation device for an air conditioner capable of observing the inside of air conditioner disposed on a ceiling without opening the air conditioner and preparing a foothold. SOLUTION: This internal observation device for the air conditioner, observing the inside of illuminated air conditioner by picking up an image of the same, comprises a camera head on which a lamp and a digital camera are disposed at its front face, a flexible arm on one end of which a rear surface of the camera head is fixed, for optionally changing the direction of the front face of the camera head and keeping the changed direction, an expandable and contractible rod on one end of which the other end of the flexible arm is fixed, a camera transmitting portion disposed on one end of the rod for converting an image signal picked up by the digital camera into a radio signal and transmitting the same, and a camera receiving portion disposed on the other end of the rod for receiving the radio signal and converting the same into the image signal.
