PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire pneumatic pressure monitoring system which precisely receives recognition information and measurement result information with a vehicle body side transceiver device while simplifying system constitution. SOLUTION: This tire pneumatic pressure monitoring system is furnished with the plurality of tire side transceiver devices 10 and vehicle body side transceiver devices 20, each of the tire side transceiver devices 10 has: a pneumatic pressure measuring means to measure pneumatic pressure in a tire inside space 4; a tire side transmitting means to wireless-transmit the intrinsic recognition information and the measurement result information by the pneumatic pressure measuring means; a tire side receiving means to receive a transmission demand of the recognition information and the measurement result information; and a tire side control means to carry out information transmission process to transmit the recognition information and the measurement result information to the tire side transmitting means when it receives the transmission demand. Each of the tire side control means changes a stand-by period of time while the tire side transmitting means receives the recognition information and the measurement result information after the tire side receiving means receives the transmission demand at random at each time of the information transmission process.
