PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film having a high-level electrical conductivity, less foreign matter, releasability and also glossability, and useful for optical members and the like. SOLUTION: The laminated film is provided which keeps a laminated film comprising a composition (A), a composition (B) and a composition (X) disposed on one side, wherein the composition (A) is at least a composition comprising a polythiophene and a polyanion and/or a composition comprising a polythiophene derivative and a polyanion, the composition (B) is a composition comprising an epoxy-based crosslinking agent and/or a reaction product thereof, the composition (X) is a composition comprising at least one kind selected from the group consisting of a polyester resin, an acrylic resin acrylic-modified polyester resin and a urethan resin, wherein a three-dimensional central line average roughness (SRa) on one side is at least 3 to 50 nm, and an inner foreign matter having an average particle size of 100μm or more is contained at less than 10 pieces/m<SP>2</SP>.
