PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a vehicle mounting space in a cold storage heat exchanger of a cold storage type vehicular air conditioner. SOLUTION: A fin 11f constituting an enlarged heat transmission surface of a tube 11e is thermally integrally bonded to the tube 11e flowing with a coolant of a refrigeration cycle, and a bonded body of the tube 11e and the fin 11f is stored in a shell 11d. A cold storage material 11a' cooled by a low temperature coolant passing in the tube to perform cold storage at operation of a compressor of the refrigeration cycle and cooling the vapor phase coolant evaporated in an evaporator by the storaged cold to condense it at stopping of the compressor is stored in the shell 11d, and the cold storage material 11a' is filled between the heat transmission surfaces of the fin 11f in a thin film shape.
