<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide method and device for processing packet resending in radio communication system. <P>SOLUTION: The method is constituted of a step, in which an HARQ process is started and when the number of times of transmission of a packet, whose sequence number is the first value, has reached a predetermined maximum number of times of transmission and a confirmation signal corresponding to the packet has not been arrived, the sequence number of the packet is made to be a second value and the packet is sent again while changing the label into a new packet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
