PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a click feeling of an operation dial by an attraction magnetic force and a repulsive magnetic force. SOLUTION: A magnet group 6 in which the N pole of the magnet 12 and the S pole of the magnet 11 are alternately arranged in the rotation direction X of an operation knob 1 is installed at the outer periphery of a mounting member. The magnet group 5 in which the N pole of the magnet 9 and the S pole of the magnet 10 are alternately arranged in the rotation direction X of the operation knob 1 is installed at the inner periphery of the operation knob 1. The magnet groups 5, 6 are mutually opposed with a gap G, the attraction magnetic force is formed between the N pole of the magnet 9 of the magnet group 5 and the S pole of the magnet 11 of the magnet group 6 at the rotation operation position of the operation knob 1, the attraction magnetic force is formed between the S pole of the magnet 10 of the magnet group 5 and the N pole of the magnet 12 of the magnet group 6, and moreover, when the operation knob is rotated from the rotation operation position of the operation knob 1 against the mounting member, the repulsive magnetic force is formed between the N pole of the magnet 9 of the magnet group 5 and the N pole of the magnet 12 of the magnet group 6 so as to let the operation knob 1 have a rotation operating force, and the repulsive magnetic force is formed between the S pole of the magnet 10 of the magnet group 5 and the S pole of the magnet 11 of the magnet group 6.
