PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clearly transmit vibration as an alarm to a driver. SOLUTION: When generating the vibration as the alarm, a frequency of the vibration to a seat surface part of a vehicular seat is changed within a prescribed range, e.g. about 4 Hz to 8 Hz according to a lapsed time from generation start timing of the vibration. When a travel time exceeds a reference time or when a travel distance exceeds a reference distance, control is performed such that a vibration alarm cycle T1 formed from a vibration generation period T11 and a vibration stop period T12 is repeated prescribed times. When it is decided that an awaking degree does not reach an awaking criterion level or when inattentive driving is detected, the vibration is continuously generated until the awaking degree reaches the awaking criterion level and until the inattentive driving is not detected.
