PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce luminance unevenness appearing as stripes, which is generated on boundaries of data line groups. SOLUTION: Because of a capacitor C(i)-k, not only the amount of pushdown occurring when supplying an image signal VID<SB>k</SB>to a data line 14(i)-k can be reduced more or less or the pushdown can be prevented, but also amounts of pushdown occurring in data lines 14(i)-1 and 14(i)-12 placed on both ends of an (i)-th data line group and respective data lines 14(i)-2 to 14(i)-11 can be made uniform to such an extent so as not to arouse a problem about image quality on practical use even when the occurrence of pushdown cannot be excluded.
