PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin panel mounting structure in which no distortion is caused in a resin panel as an outside plate. SOLUTION: In a mounting structure of a resin panel 2 in which the resin panel 2 is mounted on a vehicular structure 1 comprising a vehicle by a seal plate 31, the seal plate 31 comprises a first plate 311 fixed to the vehicular structure 1, and a second plate 312 connected to the first plate 311.
