PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-wheel motor structure which stores each component composing the in-wheel motor in a wheel by efficiently layouting it, and can efficiently increase output torque. SOLUTION: In the in-wheel motor installed inside the wheel 14 of an automobile, the in-wheel motor is equipped with a stator part 10 which is fixed to a vehicle body side and supports a stator 12, a rotor part 11 for supporting the rotor 13, a hub bearing 23 which is disposed inside in the radial direction of the stator 12 or the rotor 13, and rotatably mounts the rotor part 11 to the stator part 10, and a planetary gear 31 which is disposed inside in the radial direction of the stator 12 or the rotor 13, and transmits the rotational speed of the rotor 13 to the wheel 14 side by changing the speed.
