PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cycle time prolongation in a step of backward movement of a screw, and achieve accurate and constant resin amount and thus allow the determination of metering conditions in a short time. SOLUTION: After metering, rotation of a screw is stopped and gone back at the first speed V1, a screw is reversely rotated at the predetermined speed Rv only in the predetermined range, whereupon the screw is gone back at the second speed V2 which is slower than the first speed V1, after reverse rotation, rotation of the screw is stopped and gone back to a stopping position after setting at the third speed V3. By conducting separately the backward movement of the screw and the reverse rotation thereof, a cycle time is shortened. Because the speed of the backward movement of during reverse rotation is slow, the control of rapid pressure change is possible whereby accurate metering becomes possible. The optimum conditions can be controlled in a short time because reverse rotation conditions of the screw and conditions for the backward movement thereof can be controlled independently.
