PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete cutting machine enabling easy formation of polygonal incisions in a concrete base. SOLUTION: In the concrete cutting machine, a rotor 2 is attached to the machine body 1 so as to be freely rotatable on the vertical axis, the cutter 3 moves freely in the vertical direction relative to the rotor 2, the cutter 3 consists of an endless cutter bit 4 which is freely rotatable on the horizontal axis, and the rotational axis of the endless cutter bid 4 intersects that of the rotor. When the rotor 2 rotates through an angle of 0-360°, the endless cutter bit 4 travels in the tangential direction of the imagination circle with the rotational axis of the rotor 2 as the center, and the linkage enables formation of a polygonal incision along the imagination circle without shifts of the machine body 1, facilitating operation of the cutting machine.
