PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise display device capable of being easily assembled and displaying commodities with soft impression. SOLUTION: Outer panels 1 and 2, facing each other, and an intermediate panel 3 are connected, and an end panel 7 with the arched edge is also connected. Insertion holes 8 are formed in the outer panel 1 and inmost holes 9 are formed in the intermediate panel 3. The panels are bent with the intermediate panel 3 held between the outer panels 1 and 2, and sides of the outer panels 1 and 2 are jointed to each other. The outer panel 1 is curved to swell by bending the end panel 7, and a merchandise article G inserted into the inmost hole 9 from the insertion hole 8 is supported diagonally by the insertion hole 8 and the inmost hole 9. In this way, the merchandise display device can be easily manufactured only by pasting the panels to each other at one position, and can be swiftly assembled from the flat folded state.
