PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the clogging of a filter of an extraction cartridge by vibrating the filter. SOLUTION: This compression device of the extraction cartridge has an air nozzle 15A, a spring for energizing the air nozzle 15A toward the entry port 2e of the extraction cartridge 2, and a piston type air pump for feeding compressed air to the air nozzle 15A. The energizing force of the spring 45 is set so that the air nozzle leaves from the entry port 2e when pressure in the extraction cartridge 2 exceeds a prescribed value.
