A photocurable hard coating composition is provided to realize excellent adhesion to a substrate due to a low curing shrinkage and to obtain high transparency and surface hardness when applied to a mobile communication terminal window, a front panel for flat panel display and a film. A photocurable hard coating composition(110) comprises: an oligomer, monomer or a mixture thereof having an acryl, methacryl or vinyl functional group; plate-like mineral clay having an exfoliated structure and dispersed in the oligomer, monomer or mixture thereof; a solvent for controlling viscosity and flowability; and a photoinitiator for absorbing energy from a light source to cause polymerization, wherein the mineral clay is the surface treated with hydrophobic organic cations and has hydrophobicity.
