<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a directional voice guide system allowing guidance of a direction to which a visually handicapped person has to advance in a range from dozens of centimeters to about over ten meters. <P>SOLUTION: A streetlight 1 is installed with a position information ID transmitter 3 corresponding to the streetlight. A traffic signal 2 is installed with a position information ID transmitter 3 corresponding to the traffic signal. When the visually handicapped person 9 turns a white cane 4 to the streetlight 1, a directional antenna installed to the white cane 4 receives an electric wave from the transmitter 3, and a module 6 acquires voice information corresponding to a position information ID corresponding to the streetlight through a cellphone 6 and an ID information management center 7. An earphone 8 outputs voice based on the voice information.
