PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery charging method which prevents intermittent oscillation and output stoppage of a power source, relating to a charge method utilizing a power source which charges a secondary battery with constant voltage. SOLUTION: In this secondary battery charging method which utilizes a charge power source for charging a secondary battery with constant voltage, pulse charge is performed at start of charge, and when a charge current is at or under a specified value, the charge is stopped, regarding the above secondary battery as full charge. Then, the current is detected in specified periods, and when it is detected a specified number of times in succession that the detected current is at or under a specified value, the charging is stopped, regarding the above secondary battery as full charge.
