PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for manufacturing a compound which mix and react a plurality a raw material solutions while the interaction of a pipe wall, an intermediate product and a product is cut off, and a mixing time is suppressed. SOLUTION: A method is used which fractionates two or more solutions to a plurality of minute segments and arranges them suitably by using a distributor made by stacking grooved thin layers. The arranged solutions are mixed in the downstream. Further, at the time of mixing, micro-mixing is performed by generating turbulent flow in the solutions flowing in a micro-channel 12 by a turbulent flow generating means 17.
