PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition having a wide tolerance range of processing conditions such as low susceptibility to quality deterioration with a thermal history, etc., in production of a thermoplastic resin molded product by extrusion, molding processing, etc., having excellent translucency, impact and heat resistances and fluidity and consisting essentially of a rubber-reinforced resin, an aromatic polycarbonate resin and a phosphoric acid-based compound and to provide the molded product using the resin composition. SOLUTION: The composition comprises the rubber-reinforced resin composed of a rubber-reinforced copolymer resin or a mixture of the rubber-reinforced copolymer resin with a (co)polymer of a vinylic monomer, the polycarbonate resin and the phosphoric acid-based compound. The rubber-reinforced copolymer resin is obtained by polymerizing the vinylic monomer containing an aromatic vinyl compound in the presence of a rubber-like polymer having a refractive index within the range of 1.520-1.580.
