PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor in which the peak level of induced voltage can be lowered when the relative phase between an outer circumferential side rotor and an inner circumferential side rotor is intermediate phase, copper loss can be reduced, and control based on the induced voltage constant is facilitated. SOLUTION: An inner circumferential side rotor 3 equipped with an inner circumferential side permanent magnet 6, and an outer circumferential side rotor 2 equipped with an outer circumferential side permanent magnet 5 are provided concentrically around a rotating shaft 4. A turnable means for altering the relative phase by turning at least one of the inner circumferential side rotor 3 and the outer circumferential side rotor 2 in the circumferential direction is provided. Long sides 5a and 6a in the cross-sectional shape of the inner circumferential side permanent magnet 6 and the outer circumferential side permanent magnet 5 are opposed each other. In at least one of the inner circumferential side permanent magnet 6 and the outer circumferential side permanent magnet 5, the short sides 5a and 6a on the side of a predetermined turning direction is formed larger than the short sides 5b and 6b on the opposite side.
