PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relaying device capable of reducing a construction cost when constructing a power signal transmission system, such as a train radio relay system. SOLUTION: The relay device 2 comprises a constant voltage power section 2b. The constant voltage power section 2b generates a first constant voltage AC source in which voltage variation is suppressed, and a second constant voltage AC source in which the voltage variation is suppressed by separating the AC source overlapped with a signal to be transmitted. The constant voltage power section 2b further supplies the first constant voltage AC source to its own device, and transmits the second constant voltage AC source to an external device by overlapping the second constant voltage AC source with the amplified and/or shaped signal.
