POWER LINE COMMUNICATION NETWORK SYSTEM, POWER LINE COMMUNICATION APPARATUS, AND POWER LINE COMMUNICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power line communication network system capable of controlling transmission of a communication control signal from a master MODEM and attaining higher speed power line communication while avoiding interference between adjacent network groups. SOLUTION: The power line communication network system includes a plurality of power line communication network groups. Each of the power line communication network groups includes power line communication apparatuses capable of transmitting/receiving data communication signals and a communication control signal for controlling communication in each network group. Each power line communication apparatus is configured to include a means for avoiding the interference between the network groups when the power line communication apparatuses of the other power line communication network groups are in operation and can stop the transmission of the communication control signal when the other power line communication apparatuses in its own network group are not in operation.
