PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mine clearance device having improved working efficiency by securing frontward visibility, while allowing safe blasting work by minimizing an explosion impact with a cabin arranged to avoid the explosion impact. SOLUTION: A chain-type mine blasting device 6 constituted by arranging a frail hammer 36 having a hammer 36b at the tip of chain 36a on the peripheral surface of a drum as a rotating shaft is arranged in front of a heavy machine vehicle 1; a ripper grapple device 8 or a rake grapple device is arranged in the rear of the heavy machine vehicle 1; a driving cabin 3 is arranged in the rear of a vehicle body 2 of the heavy machine vehicle 1; and the cabin is made to be liftable.
