PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve prescribed cooling capacity even when an ejector is closed and the performance is degraded. SOLUTION: A compressor 1, a radiator 2, the ejector 3, a distributor 7 and a first evaporator 51 connected to a gas-liquid two phase outlet of the distributor 7 are successively circularly connected to constitute a first circuit, a liquid refrigerant outlet of the distributor 7 and a suction portion of the ejector 3 are connected through a first throttle device 4 and a second evaporator 52 to constitute a second circuit, and the refrigerant is circulated in the first circuit and the second circuit. The second throttle device 6 is disposed in piping connecting an outlet portion of a condenser 2 and an outlet portion of the first throttle device 4, and a control means 10 calculates a degree of superheat from temperatures of inlet and outlet ports of the first evaporator 51 detected by temperature detecting means 11, 13, compares the degree of superheat with a predetermined value, and closes the first throttle device 4 and opens the second throttle device 6, when the degree of superheat is more than the predetermined value.
