SOLUTION: This retainer consists of a first annular part 20 and a second annular part 30 concentrically provided via a connecting part 40, and is provided with a plurality of centrifugal load means arranged in an annular position in the first annular part 20, and a connecting part provided in an area of the second annular part 30 corresponding to an area between every centrifugal load means in the first annular part 20, and the clutch mechanism uses the retainer.
