PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint capable of simply and quickly connecting a resin short pipe to a joint main body with sealing and preventing coming off without using a nut (press ring) like former joints. SOLUTION: This joint is provided with the resin short pipe 2 inserted in a socket part 6 of the joint main body 1, an outer ring 3 installed on an outer circumference of the resin short pipe 2 and including a coming off prevention ring storage groove 11 on an outer circumference, a coming off prevention ring 4 loosely fitted in the coming off prevention ring storage groove 11 and having outer diameter larger than outer diameter of the resin short tube 2 under a free condition and being able to expand and contract diameter, and a seal ring 5 interposed between an outer circumference of an insertion side tip part of the resin short pipe 2 and an inner circumference of the socket part 6. An annular coming off prevention groove 7 corresponding to an outer circumference of the coming off prevention ring storage groove 11 when the resin short pipe 2 is inserted in the socket part 6 to predetermined depth is provided on an inner circumference of the socket part 6 of the joint main body 1. When the resin short pipe 2 is inserted in the socket 6 to the predetermined depth with contracting the diameter of the coming off prevention ring 4, the coming off prevention ring 4 expands and restores and an outer diameter part of the coming off prevention ring 4 engages with the coming off prevention groove 7 under a coming off preventing condition.
