PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linking structure of a diaphragm capable of surely sandwiching a reinforced layer with an air chamber and an air piston. SOLUTION: An end a of a cylindrical diaphragm 13 complete with the reinforced layer 13a inside is coupled with a cylindrical air piston 11 which is connected to the outer periphery of a cylinder 2 of a bumper 1 and at the same time, by folding back the other end a of the diaphragm 13, and in a state to cover the end portion 12c of a larger diameter cylindrical air chamber 12 than the air piston 11 connected by the piston rods 3 of the bumper 1, and by inserting the end portion 12c of the air chamber 12 into the cylindrical cover 14 inside, and in the linking structure of the diaphragm 13 in which the other end b of the diaphragm 13 is sandwiched between the air chamber 12 and the cover 14, the other end b of the diaphragm 13 is cut and held tight to expose at least the reinforced layer 13a.
