PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof gasket capable of being easily handled and maintaining satisfactory sealing performance between two members in contact with the waterproof gasket. SOLUTION: This waterproof gasket provided between the members constituting a case body of an electronic device is provided with a gasket body made of a rubber-like elastic material and a surface layer constituted by treating a surface of the gasket body by reactional surface treatment agent.
