PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam member that is not broken even when bent and can be arranged along a square shape or a curved shape. SOLUTION: In a foamed panel (foam member) 10A, a fiber web 14 made of a vegetable fiber covers almost all regions of the upper surface 11 and almost all regions of the under surface 12 and is adhered to the surfaces 11 and 12 via starch-based glue 16. The foam panel 10A is prevented from being broken by the fiber web 14 and therefore can be arranged along a square shape of a corner or a curved shape of a curved place. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
