PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil shipping system which more correctly provides the properties of an oil to be shipped. SOLUTION: The oil shipping system 1 includes: a supplying line 7 comprising tanks 2 and 3 storing the same type of oil, and a convergent pipe line 6 connected to pipe lines 4 and 5 extending from the corresponding tanks 2 and 3; and a shipping pipe line 8 connected to the convergent pipe line 6 of the supplying line 7. The system 1 successively switches to the tanks communicating with the convergent pipe line 6 for the tank 2 and 3 on the supplying line 7, and continuously supplies oils from the supply line 7 to a shipping pipe line 8. The oil shipping system 1 is provided with a monitoring device that monitors the properties of an oil flowing in the convergent pipe line 6, based on the capacity and flow rate of the convergent pipe line of the supply line 7 and the properties of oils in the respective tanks 2 and 3 before and after switching to the tanks communicating with the convergent pipe line 6.
