PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound reproducing device for achieving superior portability even though an amplifier unit and a speaker unit are unified in a body under condition, in which the amplifier side is not affected from sound oscillation of a speaker. SOLUTION: As to a speaker box 13 in a sound reproduction device 11, two or more long supporting legs 19 are inserted freely in a through-hole 37 drilled vertically in an amplifier box 33 and supported by fitting to a horizontal supporting face F, and are provided upright. A length for ensuring a space S between the upper face 34 of the amplifier box 33 and a lower face 15 of a speaker box 13 is given to the amplifier box 33 when the speaker box 13 is supported through the long leg 19, and the support is achieved by fitting to the horizontal supporting face F. Two or more short legs 39 are provided vertically, and each coming-off preventive member 20 is attached to at least two or more long legs 19 at their portion located at a lower position of the through-hole 37.
