The retainer connector has a locking device (33) for closing a locking of connectors (12, 30) if a switching unit (10) is introduced in a position. A locking releasing device initiates the releasing of the locking of the connector (30) by the locking device if the switching unit is introduced in another position located behind the former position. The connector (30) is movable in an interior of a cover part in an inserted direction and a removal direction of the switching unit if the releasing of the locking of the connector (30) is closed.
